Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Analyze financial data, create budgets, and ensure efficient resource allocation to drive profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and a track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for business analysis and reporting.
